Welcome to Tankless ProCare. By using our website, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Tankless ProCare provides preventive maintenance, inspection, descaling, diagnostics, and related services for residential and commercial tankless water heaters. Services are performed only as described in the customer’s approved estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
2. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment at the scheduled appointment time.
If access is unavailable upon arrival, a service charge may apply.
3. Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customers who are unavailable at the scheduled appointment may be charged a trip fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
We accept approved forms of payment including major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website.
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs and applicable interest as allowed by law.
5. Membership Plans
Membership benefits apply only while the membership remains active.
Memberships are non-transferable and cover only the equipment listed during enrollment.
Unused maintenance visits do not carry over unless specifically stated in the membership agreement.
Membership pricing and benefits may change upon annual renewal with prior notice.
6. Scope of Service
Routine maintenance does not guarantee that future equipment failures will not occur.
Our inspection is a visual and operational inspection and is not a guarantee that hidden defects or future failures will be discovered.
Additional repairs identified during service require separate customer approval before work begins.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the equipment.
- Ensuring water, gas, and electrical utilities are available.
- Informing us of known equipment issues before service.
- Securing pets during the appointment.
8. Warranty
Tankless ProCare warrants its workmanship for 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Existing equipment defects.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper installation by others.
- Freeze damage.
- Abuse, neglect, or misuse.
- Acts of nature.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Tankless ProCare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
10. Website Use
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and designs, is the property of Tankless ProCare and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Privacy
Any information submitted through our website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell customer personal information.
12. Estimates
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Additional work requested by the customer or required due to unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.
13. Force Majeure
Tankless ProCare shall not be responsible for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, utility interruptions, supply shortages, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within California unless otherwise required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Tankless ProCare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
